Package Your Items
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
